To make your screensaver your desktop background you have two choices. You can either:
1. Enable it through Terminal
2. Enable it through an Application
Enabling it via Terminal:
To enable the screensaver as desktop background through terminal (located at /Applications/Utilities/Terminal.app) simply run the following command:
System/Library/Frameworks/ScreenSaver.framework/Resources/ScreenSaverEngine.app/Contents/MacOS/ScreenSaverEngine -background
To stop it all you have to do is hit "Ctrl+C" in the Terminal window.
Enabling it via Application:
Terminal stuff to hard for you? Too annoying? Enable the feature with just the click of a button! There is an application named "WallSaver" that helps you accomplish just the thing!
